HRV cave bug

I have been having this glitch where when I try to go to HRV from milton , and I exit the cave, I get stuck on the loading screen. This specifically only happens here, so I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem, and if so, how they fixed it.

 Hello,

I am playing on a Dell G3 gaming laptop. I know that this issue does not have to do with storage, as I have plenty of storage remaining. I have also previously been able to access HRV earlier in the game, and I believe I only started having this problem around the 29 day mark. I have also only had this problem post-update. As the game progressed, more and more regions and places have become unreachable by transitions. Some include PV farm house, And BI to FM transition zone.  As for game settings, they are exactly the same as normal, except I have raised the sensitivity a little.
