Did loot change in the challenges too?

Attempting As the Dead Sleeps. Will i get achievements if i complete it offline? The next time i have internet I mean. I made it all the way from cannery to carter hydro while in death throes. (food poisoing from a 33 percent sardine can) No stims were in any of the med lockers/cabinets.
