Buff the Long Wool Scarf and Balaclava combination

Both are premium and rare loot and deserve to be buffed over 2 wool toques by 1 degree.  Wool toques are everywhere on stalker and below.

Maybe the scarf has .5 more wind resistance since it wraps around your entire head and neck. And the balaclava has .5 more warmth for protecting your whole head and face.

Make it happen Hinterland. You know the right thing to do is this. Don't worry about player complaints. You can just do it quietly in a hotfix. Only I will notice

Did they do it? Because I agree on this, items that only fit into one slot should be uncommonly good for that slot.
