(Hushed River Valley) Arc Lighter: Limitless use, but only during an Aurora. Non-repairable, only damaged during a Bear Struggle.

(Mountain Town) Fox Tail Scarf: Inner Layer headpiece. Warm and comfy. Uses cloth to repair.

(Coastal Highway) Fishing Tackle: Higher chance of catching bigger fish. Uses Scrap Metal to repair.

(Forlorn Muskeg) Rubber Fishing Boots: Highly waterproof and shockproof. Not warm, but sturdy. Can be used to step over live wires.

(Timberwolf Mountain) Climbing Harness: Allows access to inventory while climbing. Heavy, but a lifesaver when Fatigue sets in mid-climb.

(Desolation Point) Miner’s Hard Hat: Gives significant protection. Included headlamp offers a hands-free light source during an Aurora.

(Broken Railroad) Sling: Take out predators David-and-Goliath style. Requires stones for ammo. Uses Cured Gut and Cured Leather to repair.

(Pleasant Valley) The Outdoorsman’s Cookbook: Allows you to prepare complicated, yet tasty meals. Increased calorie count on every dish made. 15 hours to read fully.

(Bleak Inlet) Tourniquet: Slows Blood Loss after an attack/accident if no Bandages are available. Won’t completely stop Condition Loss, but certainly helps in an emergency.

(Blackrock) Police Baton: Waving it at a Wolf has a semi-decent chance of scaring it off. If not, it can be used during a Struggle with higher-than-average results, though it won’t kill.

(Mystery Lake) Ice Skating Shoes: Greatly increases your speed on ice, though braking requires distance and timing. Cannot use if overall carry weight is above 25 kg (55.12 lbs).

(Ash Canyon is exempt because of the Technical Backpack and Crampons.)

Of course, all items mentioned will be well hidden and require extensive searching throughout all regions to obtain. Hopefully the benefits are worth the risks.

I like the idea of the climbing harness. Thought about it myself once ,halfway up the ravine climb when I didn't think I was going to reach the ledge! Certainly come in handy especially in HRV too.
