Forest or structure fires

Those live wires during the Aurora sparking close to that sweater or wooden crates are just asking for trouble or if you start fire in the fireplace to cook some tuna and get careless by leaving some flammable materials close to fire while going outside to fetch some sticks. Poof!!

That would make a few souls angry who left their rifle inside and a bunch of loot:)

Edit: fire risk 100 if throwing torch in the house(or a flare)

It would probably be very bad if this happened, especially in an important place, and if this spread to nearby buildings, the whole map could be destroyed. And it could result in a map that's empty and can't be done.
