Killing Old bear has caused all my inventory to be ruined,all drop below 1% condition.

Immediately upon killing the old bear in story mode Wintermute my total inventory became ruined,all values dropped to 1%. Cant light a fire,all tools / weapons break after one use,bedroll likewise. All other actions are unaffected but Im simply unable to hunt cook melt water or sleep anywhere,got cabin fever of course also.

Anyone else experienced this?

I'd report that.  Sounds like a bug.

Some items in my inventory were ruined, but not to the extent you described.
