Can't complete Coming Storm

I have every thing completed in Coming Storm but to put the last survivor on his cot. I dropped a survivor on a rug initially because it was not clear that I had to place them in specific places. I can no longer interact with the dropped survivor so the last cot cannot be filled. Ive done everything else and I completed the rest of the objectives putting in hours of work. I have no saves pre survivor rescue. Please advise. Thanks   -Joe

Are you sure don't have any saves?  I believe there are 3 auto save slots in WM.  Could you use one of those?
