Flotsam and jetsam

Flotsam and jetsam from beachcombing! they would be rare, but maybe have the occasional crate, locker, or even cargo container. they would break through the weak ice, because they are heavy, and go straight to the strong ice. they would require a prybar or hacksaw to open, and would both have good loot, especially jetsam, since it is literally loot thrown overboard from a sinking ship. maybe you could get rifle cleaning kits, eh? or maybe simple stuff like scrap or cooking pots that are pretty rare and useful, or even a unique item like a special hatchet, maybe just rifle rounds and/or flare shells?
