Okay, I'm serious this time!  I'm done with scouring through older saves and figuring out what places I missed.  Started a new game with the sole intent of getting this ach!!  I've gone as far as printing off maps of the larger areas, highlighting all the points I need to reach then strategically drawing a line of the route I need to take to efficiently visit each site.  I've printed off the list provided by Hinterland and am checking off each site as I visit and map it.  Last achievement and it's going to happen, doggonit!
