Save, restore, and tweak custom settings

It would be nice if one could save the settings from a custom game and start a new game by loading those same settings. The reason being that there are so many settings and having found the perfect ones by numerous trial and error, it is unlikely that I have them all correctly written down. When the game kills me because I fell off the trestle bridge, I would like to restart with those same custom settings.

Also it would be helpful to be able to tweak some of the settings of a current custom game. The reason being that the effect of some settings are not felt until well past the start of the game.

If you use Custom settings with specific limits, next time you start a game and choose custom settings they should be exactly as they were when you last changed them- this is how the system currently works.
