JohnDoe60
...it doesn't need to do more than have a chance of an answer, maybe more so if a wolf has just finished howling. OK, I really just wanna hear Mark Meer and Jennifer Hale howl like wolves. Mimicking animal sounds could be an interesting skill to learn, depending on what animals are around. E.g: maybe growling at a wolf has a chance of scaring it away from a kill, or deterring it from attack, if you are skilled enough and/or wearing a Wolfskin Coat. I growled at a cat encroaching on my food once, my throat hurt a bit afterwards but it was nothing some practice wouldn't mitigate, and it certainly got the cat's attention. OK, got me again, I just wanna hear them try to howl.
