Supply Caches noticeably absent -Xbox - spoiler alert

I've gone to the cache location in the cave near town and the fallen tree near the church and found the spot the cache should be, but it's not.

 

im on Wintermute mode on Xbox.

Happened to me on PC too. I saved the game by entering house, left and came back, read the note again and it was there after that. Maybe that will help.

For some reason, when you pick up the notes, it doesnt register as you, "reading" them - so sometimes, you need to read them again. Its a tiny bug, I am sure devs will take care of it sooner or later, after fixing up the more serious issues
