suggestion Scarves and accessories

Scarves should be an accessory. This has been a qualm of mine since the outfitter update. It makes no sense that it would take a head slot,  when they hardly are used for your head. Heck, even the ear muffs would be more of a head slot item, but they're ok as they are. It's broken that there are only two accessories as it is. Another reason scarves should be an accessory is because as a head slot item they are quickly replaced by hats, which many of are much better. I'd love to see more clothing make it into the game too, but it's good with what we have. Anyways, that's my suggestion. I have many more in mind, but this is the simplest and biggest one.

Yes! It bothers me that I suddenly have to expose my neck to the cold when I choose to wear two hats that provide better bonuses. With the addition of the accessory slot, it bothers me even more. Or perhaps we can add a "neck" clothing slot?
