Rose hip tea not healing sprains

Anyone else notice that drinking rose hip tea doesn't seem to heal sprains anymore? I still have to either rest or take painkillers for them to heal. I haven't tested it in sandbox after Wintermute launched so I'm talking about it not working in storymode.

Is it a bug, was something changed or is the problem with my memory? I'm playing on Xbox One

Sounds like a bug that may have cropped up since last night's patch.

What platform was the update for? I'm on Xbox One.

PC, don't know if consoles versions got patched.

We've had at least one update and I think there's a new one waiting for Microsoft's approval etc.

Rose hip tea worked as usual for me today on PC.  Sounds like an xbox issue.
