Gamebreaking Bear Pelt Glitch

Recently, in episode 2, I encountered a game-breaking glitch where I was unable to pick up the cured bearskin on the floor of the forestry lookout during Jerimiah's Survival School: Clothing quest. I have tried saving and reloading, reloading from the checkpoint, and validating my game files. If someone has a solution or answer, I would love to hear it. I really don't want to have to start all the way from the beginning.

I am having the same issue, unless its in hank's lock box. I can't find the key for that...

Same problem here, i'm stuck in the game, plz fix.

I did the quest after the hunting one, and had visited the lookout before starting anyquest, the pelt wasn't available at that time too.

More info, I did the bear skin quest last. I had been to the lookout before I was given this quest.
