Can't Seem To Find a Supply Cache (Possible Spoilers)

I can't seem to find the supply cache up by the radio tower in episode one. I've looked all around the cave in that area. where it says it should be on my map, and even the areas around it. I've been doing this for several IRL minutes, my character has sprained their ankles and wrists several times already, and I'm running low on food. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
