WHY, WHY, WHY!?

Why won't my health system let me add antiseptic? I try and try and try and it always says that 'This action did nothing'. Why am I told to use antiseptic when it never seems to work?

And also, what is with this drinks fridge?

The drinks fridge is a well-known bug that should be gone when TLD releases next week.
