Animals animation glitch

Hello,

i recently started a new game after 2 monthes my last one and i have a problem with all animals animation as you can see on pictures.

Only dead deers aren't glitchy.

There is also a glitch with my arm when i hold any light source, or the riffle.

I've tried to force DX9 and to clear and reinstate the game on steam but no changes.

I'm playing on Mac ( IMac mid 2011)  /  Mac OSX 10.7.5

Yes i did both but the problem persists.
