Reading Limits vs 250 books smarts badge.

So, my character is maxed out level 5 on guns etc. I find magazines and cant read them even if they are readable. I would like to work towards my general 250 books read achievement. Please review the imposed skill set vs allowed to read even at level 5 just to count towards the book smarts score.

now you have the only way - start a new game (on pilgrim preferably) and read away, rinse and repeat

grinding for badges is so stupid

I did it with all badges except fire starting one
