pigbull320
I don't think this is a bug but if you have a fire and it burns down to embers, even tho it says it's only outputting (like a very few amount of heat) it still heats you up by a bunch (like 50). Gustaaf
I think the weather circumstances come into play, severe cold weather could reduce the heat output effect allot. But I too am curious to what extent? Seeing good fires for indoors makes me wonder about heat output values being low. I do notice, the longer your fire burns, the more stuff you add to it, the more the temperature does build. To me there is a mechanism that accounts for cold vs heat and materials needed etc. Its a math thing...
pigbull320
I was saying that when you're outside and it's 10F and you make a big fire that makes it feel like 120F when it burns down to embers and it says it's only outputting 2F of heat but you feel like its 50F, then the fire burns out completely and you drop back down to 10F. What I was saying was I think embers are heating you for WAY more than they say they should be.
