Desolation point cave bug

On desolation point in the cave where the bear spawns at the edge of the map where the highway ends if you go into the cave in the back you can see wood sticking out from the rocks stuck halfway. Some you can pick up some you cannot. There is also I believe a bag that you cannot access if I can recall and barely visible in the back (although I am unsure ,looks like a bag to me though)
