Remove "harvest" option from Prybar

Fairly straight forward, our character is not the hulk, you shouldn't be able to make scrap metal out of a prybar.

Agreed... But to be honest the way scrap metal works in this game overall is quite basic... Ie there's no distinction between the type of scrap metal you can get from a saucepan, to the kind you can get from a rifle. Some sources will have fasteners like nails and screws or small components, others will be a large sheet of metal (shelves). Would be nice to distinguish between it all and use components for repair. Like things that had screws or nails could be used for shoe or tool making\repairing etc.

But yeah harvesting the prybar is kinda silly
