    hey Ross can you please contact the developers about adding on to alpha.

    the topic is adding Clydesdales (a winter breed horse) to The Long Dark.

    along with it hay, fruit, veggies.

    You have to got to one of many forges to make spiked hooves and harvest hide to make saddles and reins.

    and to look after in you have to feed it 2500 calories everyday. but it can carry over 50kg when you make a saddle bag. That is the hardest to make you need 50 cloth 10 scrap metal and five hide. 

    you can in the slot menu the fire place icon you can make a horse shed with burnt down houses on go to the pleasant valley barn yard. you can make it comfortable.
