Permanent Debug Coordinates on Screen

Bug description:

Debug Coordinates (same as you get with F8) are shown permanently on screen until next launch of game and taking screenshots with F8 is disabled.

OS:

PC

Repro steps:

1. Start a new game (I did Pilgrim/CH + TWM/Female)
   
2. Just as the game launches in the world, press ESC key
   
3. Press F8 while paused
   
4. Press Quit in the still paused menu
   
5. Start a new game as normal (I repeated setup from above)
   
6. The Debug Coordinates are now fixed on screen until next launch of game.
   
7. It also disables taking screenshots with F8.

Visibility:

It seems to do this every time given above process.

Follow-up: It looks like it also does this after being in the game for a while and then ESC + F8 and quit, as long as there hasn't been a save game yet.
