Make it spawn after 100 days in stalker mode and make him drop something unique...

(PS: adding a big foot in the game dont break the reallism of the game because we all know big foot exist in real life.)

There's no solid proof that bigfoot is real, and I don't think it would fit into the game well. While the game isn't 100% realistic, I think adding bigfoot would be a bit of a stretch.
