(Un)identified flying objects and sudden location respawn

1. I found that some items (spawned after patch) are flying in the air. Looks like they lying on a box of model below. E.g. I saw a can of pork and beans flying above the wooden box.

2. Pleasant valley. The Barn. I entered through one door, went out through another one, came back again and saw a notice about new-found location. And it actually was new! Old barn but with new stuff, corpse and something else.
