Black Screen at startup

I´m experiencing a weird bug. When I start the game, in 9 of 10 cases the intro doesn´t play. I hear only sounds. Also, the disclaimer that comes after the intro is not shown. Only a black screen. If I click or press a button, it advances to the menu.

Another minor thing: when moving between regions/places, the loading screen is light blue, which is weird. :?
