Sound Effect-Weather gone quiet

Recent run on PC v2.82, was at the Ship / The Riken.

A blizzard started to roll in so I go inside for cover as you do.

Anyways after while just doing stuff minor things like checking out resources etc, had a sleep for 1 or 2 hours max. to see if that would change the weather. i went outside to see if the blizzard has passed over.

No it seems. but still a blazzing blizzard tearing overhead but the sound of the blizzard had totally gone, nothing.

Soz not screenshot this time. but the wind was coming directly from the back, meaning as I excited the Riken I was sheltered from the wind.
