Cannot pick up Cedar after harvesting Limb.

This might be related to the earlier bug "Location & image of objects not always correct v.282" or it could be something else. I harvested the limb up top of the hill but I could not pick up the last chunk of cedar wood. It might be too close to the tree? I notice a little white dot on that image that could be the "cursor" not centered.
