#2705 - v.265/v.270 Interesting visual glitch in the sky

So I first saw this effect in Coastal Highway, took a few screenshots.

Here I'm on my way across the lake:

Here's a second view:

From that same location, if I rotated slightly right, it would disappear:

Later on when it was darker, it was still there:

When I got to Mystery Lake, near the Camp Office:

One of the bars would disappear when turning, but the other two stayed there:

I'm running Windows 7, 64 bit, with 16 GB of RAM, and a GeForce GTX 760. These were all part of the same game (started in v.265). The CH shots were on v.265, but I upgraded to v.270 before moving over to Mystery Lake.
