I noticed this at the Quonset Gas Station.

Sometimes the temperature inside was -3°C and sometimes -5°C.

I don't really have a way of reproducing this, but usually when loading a savegame inside the building, the temperature is off and then normal again after leaving and getting back inside.

Sometimes this would happen when resuming a saved game after starting TLD, sometimes when switching between savegame slots.
