Fishing Bait

We have lines and hooks. I was suprised how I could even catch a fish with no fish bait.

Is there such a feature? maybe use other fish you catch as bait? I.e catch a smaller fish- harverst it as fishing bait = larger fish / catches?

Additionally, converting a large/canned piece of meat into little pieces of bait meat, perhaps? Packaged bait found around camping zones in-game?
