wyrdsmyth
I thought the devs might be interested to hear that my daughter successfully started and played The Long Dark on her early 2007 Macbook running OSX 10.6 (Snow Leopard). There are some graphics issues, and she needed to set all the low-end graphical options, but still...I'm rather shocked it ran, much less was playable. The machine is a Apple MacBook "Core 2 Duo" 2.0 13" (White/07 - MB061LL/A - MacBook2,1 - A1181 - 2139), with a 2GHz CPU, 2GB DDR2-667 RAM, Intel GMA 950 graphics, and all the other standard features. bikingviking
Confirmed! I've been running the game on an ancient Macbook Air well below minimum requirements. At medium-low graphics, the game is not only playable but totally enjoyable. Kudos to the dev team for pulling this off.
