Bug name: exploit flares

Bug description: I entered the gas station on CH with a lit flare in my hand. I came up with the idea to put the flare into a metal container. The flare is still burning inside the container. I opened the container and retrieved the flare and it's gone out but it's not ruined. It can still be used again and again.
