Can cheat melt/boil while melt/boil in progress[.v065 #21]

Description: You can cheat the amount of snow melted or water boiled by changing the quantity settings after the melt or boil process has started.

Repro steps (3/3):

1. Set melt or boil quantity to 0.5L.

2. Start melt/boil process

3. Increase the quantity while melt/boil is in progress

Note that the time it takes to melt/boil seems to be locked in at the initial quantity. I.e. time does not accelerate while increasing the melt/boil quantity while melt/boil is in progress.
