Distorted image when leaving/entering loading screens

Has anyone else had this issue?   

It's not all the time but it's pretty frequent especially since the last update.

I'm on Xbox one s.   

I have filed a report but I find it odd no one else has this issue

Yes. It reminds me of changing the tv channel in the 80s.

Or pausing a video recorder..   

I thought it was the disc at first but I've gone digital now and it's still doing it..   I know it was an issue on Linux but only on the main loading screen..

Same, on xbox s. I got so used to it I forgot its not supposed to happen

I did too when it wasn't so bad but it's a lot worse since the last update

Bro, this has happens to me all the time, you like see how it looked like, when you first entered or an glitchy screen, same thing happens when I click the Xbox button on my controller(I play on Xbox one)

I've not had an issue when using the controller button...   Just when entering /leaving buildings etc.

I thought it was related because it would show me the last entered location

Yeah I've actually had this ever since tales came out. Never thought to file a report tho cause it doesn't interrupt gameplay and just replaces the loading screen.

I've had it a long time but it really has got a lot worse since the last update..

It's best to file a report though... It could lead to future issues affecting game play....   I already have bad lagging randomly and the further I get into the save the worse it gets.... 

Trying to shoot a moose yesterday was very awkward

Turning up the FPS in the settings seems to stop this issue,if anyone wants to get rid of it
