Have emergency lighting turned on during Aurora

Probably too late to ask because the game already progressed far since Aurora was implemented.

Certain cars have emergency lighting such as the foresters truck and the prison pickups. But, they don't turn on during aurora which kind of sucks. If Lighthouse's light can be turned on AND rotatee 360, I imagine something like that could be possible for trucks too. Something cool to see.
