Recently (post- Frontier Comforts) I killed fluffy in the Bleak Inlet cannery.  Her body seemed to sink into the floor and I couldn't get my arrow,  I saved the game by leaving and re-entering the workshop.

When I came back to the game (next real life day I think), Fluffy was alive and back in action when I spawned back into the workshop.

 

Anyone else encounter a resurrected Fluffy?
