Question about DLC content

Does anyone know if you get access to the bonus content listed in the screen detailing the release on XBOX the 15th if everything goes to plan? It says if you already own the DLC you would, but just wanting to make sure. It's probably a stupid question, but figured I'd ask anyway. Thanks.

When the Xbox version releases, you will get all the content associated with Part One. If you own the DLC, you will get all the content from TFTFT. If you don't, you will get all of the free-stream content. Updating to this new version will DELETE all of your saves, so make sure you finish up with them before the update goes live. 

Part Two will not drop on Xbox until at least March 30th, but like part one will likely be delayed by several months, meaning PC only will be released.

Ok. Just making sure because it said something in the update logs on XBOX about stuff like new clothing items, fire hardened arrows, etc.
