Hushed River Valley faithful choreograper bug

Hi all,

I´m having difficulties finding all of the locations for the faithful choreographer. One location is still missing from the 25 locations. I have 2x the mysterious signal fire. Why is that? I have found one, but where is the other if there is? Please don´t tell me this is bugged. Should be there an icon for the fire on the map? Like for the Orca gas station for example.

The one I´ve found is up north and its written on the map already. I´ve checked the southern location there is none, but still its 2x on the list and I can´t complete it.

I also had two mysterious signal fires that showed up twice in the mementos list.  When I mapped one, the other magically disappeared.

Aslo, the Mysterious Signal fire burns down late in the game.  Not sure if that's new or not.
