PS5 Issue with Picking Up Items

Hi All,

Just bought the game as part of a PSN sale and playing on the PS5. Almost every time I pick up an item or interact with something like a climbing wall, I get a black screen. Pausing the game a few times will fix it at times, but it often requires a full save reload to fix. I was wondering if this is an issue tied to PS5 backwards compatibility? I have not seen this issue on PS5 discussed much anywhere recently.

Same, this is annoying, It also happens on PlayStation 4 too. It seems to happen on older worlds/Safes after an update.

I had this quite a bit on my PS 4 lately, I have done a power clear (unplug & restart) to no major improvement?

this survivor has a lot of stuff in the pack as on max carry  (tech/moose satchel/ wellfed)

Suggestions would be welcome @hinterlands?
