Crafting screws up the inside lighting clock

So I've noticed this every time I've done any crafting - if you start at say 8:00 pm (when it is still decently light inside), and do 6 hours of crafting, when you're done (at 2:00 am), its still decently light inside, even though it should be pitch black.
