Inventory arrows smaller than they appear

In the inventory screen there are two arrows for transferring items from inventory to a container and back. With both these arrows, when I click on the left side of the arrow (still on the arrow graphic), I end up selecting the item in the inventory that is at the same height as the cursor is instead of actually clicking the arrow.

In the screenshot below the area that shows this behavior is marked with a red box.

Before I took this screenshot, I opened a drawer. The thin wool sweater in the drawer was selected. I clicked the tip of the bottom arrow to move it to my inventory and sweater stayed in the drawer and the cedar firewood was selected.

I can also see the arrows highlight only when the mouse is over the area outside the marked box.

Running on Win 8.1 Pro at 1920 x 1200 resolution at ultra.

I am running the same resolution and the arrows act as intended. Let us know if this happens again.
