"Press [J] for Info" always on-screen

I was told that "Press [J] for Info" appears on screen when there is a quest update (or something like that). However, I've never seen it NOT be on my screen. This should really be optional (ie: Tips ON/OFF).

I had the same issue after starting the game. You can change the hud in the menu to not be on all the time. After that, the "J information" is still there permanently but after a cutscene, slleping or entering a building it is gone.

I had this after starting the game, when i entered the house of grey mother it was gone.
