Shift-Space to pick up items and add them directly to the Radial Menu

Basically the title says it all:

A small quality of life improvement that makes traversing the freezing plains of Interloper Great Bear a little bit easier.

The main use for me here is: pick up warmed up food and tea so you have it available in the radial when you need it to replenish you warmth bar. It's not a game changer, nor can't it be achieved otherwise, but it would yet again put a tiny bit more focus on actually playing the game rather than "using" the UI.
