Bug name Prybar cant be fixed

Bug description The Prybar cant be fixed apparently, I tried to do this with basic tools and it doesnt work like you can with the can opener, not sure if this is design or oversight.

OS PC WIN7

Repro steps: Ever Present in version 1.56

Screenshot if it's relevant

Coordinates NA

Visibility: Always so far as I know

That is an interesting question. I also wondered how one would realistically repair a prybar (which is basically just an iron rod) and what materials would be used, it seems not possible to answer this question realistically.

My intuition would be that HLS will introduce a different repair system later on, in which eg hatchets and knifes are repaired with a whetstone, and prybars don't need to be repaired at all.
