devblog / already suggested list?

Hey,

Is there a dev blog or such that would in some manner list earlier suggestions and their current state? I have not been around since pre-release, I'd like to make suggestions but ofc it's just a waste of everyone's time to bring up stuff already beaten to death.

Also, should each suggestion be it's own thread..? Usually on forums like this there's a pinned post outlining these things, but I couldn't find one
