Lost saved data on PS4

In the middle of playing, PS4 went blue and showed an error message. When I restarted the game, my current saved game (well into chapter 2) was gone. Any help would be great. This happen to anyone else?

The upload/download saved data is showing up, however when I click on my saved game (from the Upload/Download saved data menu) to upload it, it doesn't show up as an option (in the game itself) after it has completed. All I have is the option to start a new game.  Hope this clarifies my issue.

Have you installed version 1.08?

Yeah the issue started right after I updated last night. Once it completed, the error message came up and forced me to restart the game, and when I went to pick back up where I left off, the saved game was gone.
