support White Screen freeze starting chapter 2

Hi everyone!! Starting the chapter 2, my screen is white totally and I can't see any. I can put my inventary on and see the selection circle when I push the key on my keyboard but nothing else. I do not what to do. I would like to advise to add the posibility to "Save as" our games because this time my savegame was overwrited with this bug when I climbed down the mountain and for other bugs (my inventory was gone suddenly) I had to start the game 2 times more.
