Episode 2- The repair shed

Hey guys

I have been playing the game for a couple of hours now and have already completed Episode 1 (which was quite amazing :D ). The thing is that I am stuck on the part where you must go to the repair shed to fix Jeremiah's rifle, but I am unable to locate it. Should I continue through the tunnel or attempt to get above the tunnel?
